Spring Boot version 2.1.x에서 2.2.x (spring frame 5.2 이상)으로 버전업 진행 시 Spring Cloud AWS SnsAutoConfiguration 에서 TypeNotPresentExceptionProxy 가 발생하며 실행안되는 문제
